Craig joined ProQuest in 2000 and was instrumental in establishing the Chicago office. Prior to joining ProQuest, he was with Aon Risk Services, focusing exclusively on the insurance needs of law firms. Prior to that, he was with Zurich American as an underwriting team leader in the Alternative Risk Casualty Group, responsible for underwriting captives, risk retention groups (RRG), and risk purchasing groups (RPG).

Craig holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Iowa. Stuart joined ProQuest in 2009, opening ProQuest (and Alliant’s) first New York City office and establishing a footprint in the Northeast. Prior to joining ProQuest, he was with Aon Risk Services in both London and New York, focusing exclusively on the insurance needs of law firms. Prior to that, he was an Underwriting Manager with CNA Re UK Ltd., responsible for the professional liability underwriting account, comprising directors and officers, errors and omissions, and lawyers professional liability insurance and reinsurance business.

Stuart holds a bachelor’s degree in Politics and Economics from Liverpool John Moores University in Liverpool, England and Cyber Professional Liability Practitioner (CPLP) designations.

Stuart is a member of the Board of Trustees of The ATLAS Foundation USA, a charity focused on helping underprivileged children throughout the U.S. and the rest of the world through the power and global reach of rugby.

Glenn joined ProQuest in 2023. Prior to working with ProQuest, he served as the Chief Brokering Officer of Aon’s Professional Services Practice working with law, accounting, and consulting firms. Prior to Aon, he was a lawyer’s and accountants’ professional liability underwriter at Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company. Glenn began his career as a medical malpractice underwriter.

Glenn holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and American Studies from Rutgers University.

Brian joined ProQuest in 2023. Prior to working with ProQuest, he served as co-leader of the cyber practice within Aon’s Professional Services division, focusing predominantly on the law firm segment. Prior to Aon, he was an account executive in the financial institutions practice of Crystal & Co. (now part of Alliant) after beginning his career as a public company D&O underwriter at Chubb.

Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Fordham University.

Stephanie joined ProQuest in 2009 to grow the New York office. Prior to joining ProQuest, she was a Vice President with the Professional Services Group of Aon Risk Services, where her primary responsibility was as a client relationship manager to more than 30 mid-to-large size law firms nationwide.

Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pace University, where she studied part time while pursuing her insurance broking career in parallel. She holds the Cyber Professional Liability Practitioner (CPLP) designation and is a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society.

Interest: Fitness and well-being are a focus for Stephanie. She has completed 26 half marathons and three full marathons to date and has recently become a bit of a Peloton junky. Stephanie takes a variety of fitness classes, including cycling, strength training, running, meditation, and yoga. She enjoys active vacations, but always enjoys relaxing on a beach in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Ryan joined ProQuest in 2013 as an early addition to ProQuest’s New York office and was instrumental in expanding ProQuest’s presence on the East Coast as well as helping to establish and grow ProQuest’s law firm cyber insurance strategy. Prior to working at ProQuest, he was a paralegal at insurance law firm Mendes & Mount LLP, where he was introduced to the world of law firm professional liability from the claims side.

Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in English and Legal Studies from the University of Delaware and is a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (Future PLUS).

In her previous in-house roles, Jennifer managed large environmental claims and high exposure D&O and E&O matters with a focus on litigation management, comprehensive case evaluation, claim management and coverage evaluation along with trial strategy. As a former prosecutor and civil litigator, she has extensive litigation experience, including 10 jury trials and countless bench trials. Jennifer is extremely active in the Chicago community and enjoys working with organizations that promote education, art, and children’s and women’s initiatives. She assists organizations with marketing initiatives and analysis, bylaw and policy reviews, event planning, brand awareness, and fundraising. 

Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, International Studies, and French from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. She also holds a law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law. She recently obtained a certificate in Brand Management from Cornell University and the Cyber Professional Liability Practitioner (CPLP) designation through the Professional Liability Underwriting Society.

Something unexpected: Jennifer’s love of history led her to trace her ancestry back to the Revolutionary War. She was able to prove lineal, bloodline descent to ancestors who aided in achieving American independence in the Revolutionary War and is a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.

Belki plays a crucial role in ensuring each client’s needs are met by interfacing with insurance carriers, invoicing, and anything in between.

Sadé joined ProQuest in 2019 at the Chicago office working as a Technical Assistant. Prior to working at ProQuest, she worked in retail management specializing in customer service/client relations with more than 10 years of experience. In 2004, Sadé attended Columbia College in Chicago, majoring in fine arts with supplementary studies in color theory, figure drawing, and film photography. Additionally, she has worked as a home-based entrepreneur creating hand-crafted furniture, woodwork, fine art, and providing interior design consulting services.

She holds the Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU) and Cyber Professional Liability Practitioner (CPLP) designations.

Sadé’s interests include traveling to foreign countries, sailing, diving, cooking, skiing, discovering hidden gems in the restaurant industry, and creating new memories with her family.

Krystina recently joined ProQuest in 2022. Prior to working at ProQuest, Krystina worked as an Operations Analyst, Military Loan Officer, and an Associate Broker specializing in customer relations and success. In 2016 Krystina graduated from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs with a bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing.

Krystina’s interests include crafting, creating memories with her family, watching my kids in their sporting activities, and exploring new cities.
